VALIDO EVO IS AVAILABLE WITH VARIOUS CONTROL TYPES:
Manually-operated digital controls
The control panel allows separate setting of roof and bedplate heating elements using manual 5-position selector switch (tuning 20%). There are digital controls to set temperature (accuracy 1 °C) and an LED display. Also includes on/off switch and interior light switch.
TOUCH control
The TOUCH control panel allows you to select all the parameters by acting directly on the associated icon; alternatively, thanks to the convenient scroller knob, they can be easily selected. Compared with the electromechanical version, it also offers the following functions:
– Baking assistant;
– Programmed ignition twice a day;
– 2 baking timers;
– Cleaning program with pyrolysis;
– ECO function (which optimizes the absorbed power, maintaining the temperature in the chamber during pauses);
– 10 customizable programs.
