Manually adjustable Electronic Controls
Thanks to the control panel you can adjust separetly both the cieling and floor resistors with 5-position manual switches (tuning 20%). The thrmostatic regulation is via digital control (accuracy 1 °C) and read via led display. Equipped with switch for internal lightning.
Digital Controls (DGPro)
The digital control panel, thanks to the comfortable scroller knob, allows to easily select all the parameters; moreover, with respect to the electromechanic version, it offers the following functions:
- programmed start-up
- cooking timer
- programmed cleaning
- Economy (optimises the assorbed power, maintaining the temperature in the chamber)
Essential Design and great Efficiency
Modern and refined design for a high-performance oven. It allows to realise a traditional cooking both on bricks and on tray. The digital control panel regulates separetly the cieling and bottom resistors in 20 positions (tuning 5%). It is equipped with a manual chimney control for precise smoke extraction.
