• Economy function: optimizes power consumption while maintaining the chamber’s temperature.

• Working temperature can be set above 500°C.
• Dedicated resistors (in shape and section) guarantee a fast response to any power request; in addition, the frontal resistors create a infrared front allowing at “oven mouth” cooking.
• Cooking chamber is octnagonal and the dimensions of the mouth allow different sizes of pizzas to be baked at the same time.
• Cooking results are perfect thanks to the extraction system positioned in the frontal part of the chamber. Cooking smoke exiting from the mouth of the oven are intercepted by the front hood.
