Multibake is a “multi-baking” static electric oven range designed for professionals who, in addition to pizza, also want to bake bakery and pastry products, to integrate the traditional gastronomic offer.
MULTIBAKE 440-640L H16
- The 16 cm high chamber is suitable for baking different types of pizza, bread and pastry products.
- The 440 model allows the baking of 2 40 x 60 trays while the 640L model is sized to bake up to 4 40 x 60 trays at a time.
MULTIBAKE 440-640L H30
- The 30 cm high chamber is dedicated to baking bakery and pastry products, including large leavened products, such as Panettone and Pandoro.
- The 440 model allows the baking of 2 40 x 60 trays while the 640L model is sized to bake up to 4 40 x 60 trays at a time.
Multibake 440-640L
Both models are available with an integrated steamer (required for the H. 30 model, optional for the H. 16 model), are stackable and can be combined to allow for a wider production variety.
