With three outlets in Arezzo, Zio Pepè is a by-the-slice and takeaway pizzeria baking delicious, crispy pizza for all tastes and requirements. All Zio Pepè pizzas are made using the slow-fermentation method with authentic ingredients of the very highest quality.
The request
- The owner of the business wanted to try his hand in the pizza sector (a totally new experience for him) and he turned to Massimo Cipriani, a long-standing consultant to Oem, in order to be guided and assisted step by step in this extraordinary venture.
The solution
- All three Zio Pepè pizzerias have their own Pizza Hub. Indeed, Cipriani has supplied the proprietor with a full range of Oem-brand pizza-making products for every stage of the process from preparation of the dough to baking.
- Zio Pepè has the largest version of Energy, Oem’s top-of-the-range oven, in the twin-deck configuration. This is complemented by the mixer and press.
- Oem products were chosen due to their top-quality performance and high output: Zio Pepè bakes around 4,000 pizzas per month in both the standard size of diameter 33 cm as well as the 45 cm one.
- Oem also designed the layout of the premises in order to guarantee an ergonomic workflow, so it not only recommended the ideal products to install, but also the optimum arrangement.
- The proprietor quite literally fell in love with Oem products and chose them when fitting out the other 2 new outlets that were subsequently opened, once again with Energy ovens, mixers and presses.
